There is no limit on the amount of interest that can be claimed as a deduction in the case of a let-out property. The limit for the deduction of interest on a loan is only for self-occupied property and not for rented-out property. Therefore, the entire amount of interest paid on a loan in relation to a let-out property can be claimed as a deduction while computing income from house property.
